This memorandum of agreement (MoA) sets out certain rights and obligations of the parties and the manner in which the parties will cooperate with each other in order to establish the management authority for the site from the effective date.Nothing in this MoA shall have the effect of, or be interpreted as: affecting any constitutional or statutory mandate of any party; affecting any existing lawful land uses, especially farming activities save where farming activities threaten the Site's outstanding universal value.
