Deputy Minister Ms Maggie Sotyu arrives at the Kagisanong Combined School for the Green Back to School program where she met and thanked the teachers for their hard work especially during Covid-19.

Speaking at the school assembly, Deputy Minister Sotyu says that this Green Back to School program was only the beginning as more youth programmes would be created and brought into the area to create environmental champions and employment opportunities for the youth

The Green Back to School program endeavours to create awareness about environmental management and assist with greening the schools. Kagisanong Combined School was greened over the past week and today the greening of the area continued as Deputy Minister planted 10 indigenous trees.
